Ingredients:
Simply Asia Noodles & Sauce Soy Ginger flavor
8 cups water
11/4 tsp salt
1 Tbsp canola oil
8 oz. peeled and deveined shrimp
Pinch of white pepper
1 tsp sugar
2-3 cups of cooked vegetables
(such as peppers, pea pods, asparagus, etc.)
Directions:
In a large pot, bring water with 1 teaspoon salt to a boil.
Add noodles and boil for 5 to 7 minutes or until tender. Drain well and rinse with cold water.
Heat a wok or nonstick skillet over high heat. Add canola oil, shrimp, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and a pinch of white pepper.
Stir-fry shrimp for 1 minute and then add Simply Asia Sauce. Add sugar and stir until blended.
Reduce heat to medium and add noodles. Stir until warm and evenly coated with sauce.
If desired, stir-in cooked vegetables.
Sprinkle noodles with topping (included in Simply Asia Noodles & Sauce package.)
