Spicy Kung Pao Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1 pouch Simply Asia® Spicy Kung Pao Stir-Fry Sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, thinly sliced*
3 cups assorted cut-up vegetables such as sliced carrots, cubed bell pepper, drained canned baby corn**

Directions:

Heat the oil in large skillet or wok on medium-high heat.
Add vegetables; cook and stir 5 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Add pre-cooked chicken, stir in sauce until well mixed. Cook and stir 1 minute or until heated through. Serve with rice or noodles, if desired.
*Or use 1 lb. boneless sirloin or flank steak, thinly sliced. ** Or use 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen oriental vegetable mixture.
