Ingredients:
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1 lb. ground turkey, pork or chicken
1 box (8.8 oz.) Thai Kitchen® Thin Rice Noodles
1/2 cup Thai Kitchen® Sweet Red Chili Sauce
1⁄3 cup chopped fresh cilantro
3 Tbsp Thai Kitchen® Spicy Thai Chili Sauce
2 Tbsp chopped fresh mint
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add meat; cook and stir 5 minutes or until cooked through.
Remove from heat.
Meanwhile, cook Thin Rice Noodles in boiling water in large saucepan 3 to 5 minutes or until soft and tender.
Drain well.
Immediately add noodles to skillet. Add Sweet Red Chili Sauce, cilantro, Spicy Thai Chili Sauce and mint; toss to coat well.
Chef’s Tip: For a spicier dish, adjust the amount of Sweet Red Chili Sauce or Spicy Thai Chili Sauce to your liking!
