This sauce can be used as a flavoring or cooking base for stir fries, noodles, rice, soups, or any Asian meat dish. It is a strong and flavorful sauce that adds a delicious bite to any recipe.

Ingredients:

8 - 10 Cloves Whole Fresh Garlic
1/2 Cup oil
1/2 Cup water
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:

Blend the garlic, oil, and water in a blender until the mixture becomes a semithick pasty sauce. Add salt and pepper to taste. Use a spoonfull of this strong sauce and cooking base for stir fries, noodles, fried rice, and meat. You can mix this with some soy sauce, fish sauce, oyster sauce, hot sauce, coconut milk, or curry paste when making flavorings for recipes. Store this in a jar or can and keep it refrigerated. This will last for weeks at a time. Enjoy!
