Ingredients:

1/2 Cup of Minced or Chopped Fresh Ginger Root
2 Cups water
3 Teaspoons Sugar or other Sweetener (add more to taste)

Directions:

Bring the water to a light boil on high heat in a medium size saucepan. Add the minced or chopped ginger root to the boiling water and stir. Allow the ginger flavor to spread throughout the water. Add sugar or other sweetener and allow it to dissolve. Let the mixture sit for some time and your tea is ready. Serve hot or cold and add more sugar or other sweetener to your liking. Enjoy!
