Refreshing and delicious, this recipe is a freshly satisfying accompanyment to any Asain inspired dish. Mix and match with fruits other than Mangos such as Pineapples, Bananas, and Kiwis.

Necessary:
4 Overly Ripe Mangos Pealed and Diced (or any other fruit of your choice)
4 Cups Plain Yogurt (or a flavored yogurt of your choice)
Optional:
Crushed Ice
Sugar or Sweetener (to taste)
Garnish:
Fresh Mint Leaves
Lime Wedges
Directions:
Blend the Mangos (or other fruit) and Yogurt in a Blender until smooth. Add Crushed Ice and Sugar or Sweetener to your liking. Serve cold and fresh in large specialty drink glasses. Garnish with Mint Leaves or Lime Wedges. Enjoy!
