Ingredients:

1 - 2 Cups (per person) of Meat Chopped evenly into bite size peices (Chicken, Beef, Pork, Lamb, Duck, Turkey, Fish, Seafood, other)
Flavorings (Spices, Curries, Sauce, Herbs, Fruit Juices, other)
Oil for Stir Frying

Optional Garnish:

Sesame Seeds
Fresh Herbs
Colorful seasonings

Note: Be sure to have enough flavorings to complement the meat. Balance flavorings well. You may not need to add oil for certain meats. You may need to tenderize certain meats ahead of time. Be sure to always use fresh, clean ingredients.

Directions:

Heat oil in a large skillet or wok on high heat (always use a nonstick wok/you may not need to add oil for certain meats). Add the evenly chopped meat. Stir fry the meat on high for 5 - 10 minutes or until the meat is thoroughly cooked. After the meat is thoroughly cooked, add flavorings (sauces, spices, pastes, garlic, onion, ginger, herbs, fruit juices, and other). Stir fry together for another 3 - 5 minutes (you can also cover with a lid and let it steam for some time). The stir fry is ready. Garnish with desired ingredients and Enjoy!

Suggestions:

Serve with or over fresh cooked rice or noodles and a hot vegetable dish. Mix and match the flavorings to create exotic masterpeices (I suggest soy sauce, or a curry paste, and garlic, onion and ginger). You can also let it cool and serve it over a fresh salad. Adding vegetables, nuts, or grains to the stir fry when cooking is also a great way to make an easy full meal. Mix and match to your desire.
